We offer a range of alternative treatments from trained therapists including Back Massages, Indian Head Massage, Sports Physio, Aromatherapy, Thermal Auricular Therapy, Facials and Reflexology. Yoga Classes

Our hatha yoga and meditation classes are designed to teach techniques that will help you live better every day while having fun at the same time. From learning pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, practicing meditation to clear and focus the mind, or using asana (physical poses) to stretch, strengthen and soothe the body, you’ll walk away feeling amazing! During a workshop with Nicola, you'll take time to slow down, reconnect with nature, slurp delicious plant teas, sniff incredible scents and make your own wild crafted and completely natural pamper products!
